I have worked in Tax for the past 12 years. Trained with a Big 4 firm in Cambridge, where I qualified as a Taxation Technician and a Chartered Tax Adviser, I advised a range of clients from owner managed businesses to multi-national corporations in the East Anglian region covering diverse sectors such as IT, education, manufacturing, retail, agriculture and biotech.
I then spent the next 9 years working for an international consultancy group as one of their corporate tax specialists. My responsibilities included UK corporate tax returns and UK tax planning, R&D tax credit claims, group relief claims, group transfer pricing, group VAT compliance and planning, HMRC enquiries and international tax planning.
I have set up ClearTax to provide tax and accounting solutions to individuals and small businesses for a fair and clear fixed price; and for large companies and MNCs an hourly rate that is credit crunch busting.
My aim is to provide a quality, efficient and friendly service that will help your business to grow as well as to maximise your bottom line!
